I would work with her again in a heartbeat! Working with Premier Title Agency was VERY frustrating. The original closing disclosure contained ambiguous questions and I REFUSED to sign the original paper work. It read like a poorly constructed SCAM! The closing disclosure was edited to remove the ambiguities. During closing, the Escrow Officer did not explain the documents very well at all. It had been 24 years since I sold a property, and was unfamiliar with the acronyms & document numbers she was spouting.
From the initial contact to today, even after closing, Faye Gandolfi has been terrific.
Faye was on top of all of the details and kept things moving along without any snags.
Scheduling was always convenient and courteous, with good input on various locales and other aspects that folks not familiar with the region might not be aware of.
